March newsletter competition winner revealed!

In our last newsletter, we launched a competition for one lucky reader to win a Piccadilly Hamper worth £50. For those of who don’t know about the history of the hampers, see below:

About our amazing prize:
The Piccadilly Hamper
“Piccadilly is where we started three centuries ago – so this Piccadilly-themed hamper is a taste of what we do best. First, a jar of Piccadilly Piccalilli, packed with crunchy summer vegetables, Fortnum’s preserves, made the traditional way so that you can really taste the damsons, apricots and raspberries, as if they had just been picked. Next, our loose-leaf teas: three exclusive blends in beautiful little tins, a credit to your pantry. Bringing up the rear is a particularly smooth milk chocolate bar and a tin of Lemon Curd Piccadilly Biscuits, crumbly and sweet and sharp all at once. All in all, this is a truly capital feast.” For more, go to:http://www.fortnumandmason.com/p-9386-the-piccadilly-hamper.aspx

We asked you ‘What day is Easter celebrated?’ The answer wasn’t Easter Friday, for all of you who chose that option. It was Easter Sunday of course! We’re currently waiting to hear back from the winner, so stay tuned here to find out who it was.
